We offer several convenient payment methods for your tour booking:
💳 Credit/Debit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A 3% processing fee applies for credit card payments.
🏦 Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfer to our company account. This is the preferred method for large payments. No additional fees apply.
💱 PayPal
Pay securely through PayPal using your PayPal balance or linked payment method. A 4% processing fee applies.
💵 Western Union
Available for international transfers. Contact us for our Western Union details.
Payment Schedule
- Deposit: $200 per person at the time of booking
- Balance: Due 30 days before departure
- Last-minute bookings: Full payment required
Refund Policy
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus $50 admin fee
- 15-29 days: 50% refund
- 7-14 days: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
