Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us and the deposit has been received. All tours are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour if minimum group sizes are not met.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of $200 per person is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before the tour departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: full refund minus $50 admin fee. 15-29 days: 50% refund. 7-14 days: 25% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. All cancellations must be made in writing.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and personal liability.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or government regulations. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.

6. Responsibility

OM Travel China acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of these services. Our liability is limited to the tour price paid.

7. Complaint Procedure

If you have any complaints during your tour, please notify your guide immediately so we can address the issue. Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of the tour completion.
