Heavenly Lake(Tianchi)

Take a driving for 120km northeast to visit the holy Heavenly Lake (Tianchi) (3 hours) - the beautiful lake is flanked by rugged pines and cypresses, with clear melting waters reflecting the surrounding of snow capped mount Bogeda. After the tour, be transferred back to downtown and visit Xinjiang Autonomous Region Museum, from which you could know the history and culture of Xinjiang. You could also have chance to see the mummy discovered in Xinjiang. After this tour, drive you back to the hotel and free at leisure in rest of this day.

Fly to Kanas, Hemu Village

In the morning, taking a 1 hour flight to Kanas Airport. Today your sightseeing will be a visit to Hemu  Village after arrival. a small village situated in Kanas Nature Reserve in Altay, northern Xinjiang. It is the most remote and largest of the three habitats of the Tuvas, an ethnic group who still live a simple, ancient lifestyle by grazing animals and hunting. 

After that, we will have have a rest and overnight in the village.

Note: Kanas Airport - Hemu Village: 80km, 2 hours driving

Kanas Natural Reserve

Kanas Lake Natural Reserve

In the morning, we will enjoy the beautiful sunrise at Hemu viewing deck. After breakfast, we will take scenic shuttle bus to  Kanas Lake Natural Reserve and enjoy the amazing view of the senic area. Then take scenic shuttle bus to Jiadengyu for overnight.

Fly back to Urumqi

fter breakfast, transfer to Altay airport (AAT)for about 3.5-4.5 hours, take flight back to Urumqi, where you will transit your departure flight.
